This garden was created to commemorate the collaboration with Oxford Botanic Garden and Arboretum. The border garden (21m Wide × 4m Depth) features more than 50 species of plants, mainly perennials that are suitable for Toyama's climate.

Alpine and subalpine plants from the world are exhibited. Some plants from the Himalayan region such as Purimulas and Blue poppies are especially attractive in spring time
